By accessing or using the services provided by Greatclicks.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, subscribers, and users of the Greatclicks.io platform and services.
Greatclicks.io provides done-for-you GoHighLevel (GHL) automation services specifically designed for integrative and functional medicine practitioners. Our services include building custom workflows, automations, funnels, and integrations within your GHL sub-account. All work is performed inside the client's own GHL sub-account, meaning the client retains full ownership of all assets, workflows, and data created during the engagement.
Greatclicks.io offers two month-to-month subscription plans:
Both plans operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Unused deliverables in a given month do not roll over to the next month. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any new build cycle.
The Launchpad is a one-time, fixed-scope build priced at $1,497. It is designed for practitioners who are new to GoHighLevel or starting from scratch and need a foundational setup before beginning a monthly subscription. The Launchpad is delivered within 10 to 14 business days and includes a defined scope of work agreed upon before the project begins.
All payments are processed through Whop. Subscription fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis starting from the date of your initial subscription. The Launchpad fee is billed as a one-time payment at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and that sufficient funds are available. Failure to process payment may result in suspension of services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive services through the end of your current 30-day build cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months. The Launchpad, as a one-time fixed-scope engagement, is non-refundable once work has begun.
All work performed by Greatclicks.io is done inside the client's GHL sub-account. The client retains full ownership of all workflows, automations, funnels, and other assets created during the engagement. Greatclicks.io retains no ownership rights over the deliverables once they are completed and delivered within your account. Greatclicks.io reserves the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies developed during the engagement for future projects, provided no confidential client information is disclosed.

Greatclicks.io provides automation and integration services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or patient acquisition results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greatclicks.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Greatclicks.io will not disclose, share, or sell any client data, account credentials, patient information, or business details to third parties. The client agrees not to disclose Greatclicks.io's proprietary processes, pricing arrangements, or internal methodologies to third parties.
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection with the arbitration process.
Greatclicks.io reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
